All our products go through stringent quality control processes to ensure that they are defect free and the printing is of high quality.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, please let us know within 30 days the nature of the problem and we will make a free replacement for all valid quality problems.
Note: For custom printed items, the product quality is completely dependent on the input photo quality. Therefore, we request you to make sure that you provide us with good quality photos for best results. For garments, special wash care instructions (given below) need to be followed to ensure color fastness and we request your cooperation in this. We regret that items with problems due to poor quality of input photo provided and garments with problems due to not following our wash care instructions will not be covered by our free replacement policy.
