How is my price determined?

Product pricing is primarily determined by three things:

  1. The product you select.
  2. The logo embellishment process that is suitable for your selected product – sometimes, you may have an option to select the process (especially for apparel like t-shirts etc) which will impact the pricing. Usually, screen printing with limited colors are the most cost effective.
  3. The total quantity of items in your order. In processes like screen printing, there is a fixed cost involved – this means larger quantity will result in lower cost per unit.
Savings tip:  The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. The basic product price drops as the quantity increases for most items.

How many do I have to order?

From just one to over one thousand, DilSeBol can print as many items as you need for your unique occasion!
When you choose a product, the Product details page will specify the Minimum order quantity (MOQ) for each item / specification. Some products have just 1 as the MOQ, which means there are no minimums for these. For the others, MOQ as listed is applicable which will be different for different products.

Do I have to create my own design?

Yes, we require high resolution design / artwork from you to ensure quality output. In case you need help to create a high resolution artwork or logo, you may directly approach a design agency like or
We also urge you to use designs which are your original creations or for which you have the necessary permissions to use. By uploading the design, you agree that you have the rights / permission to use it and indemnify us against any claims later on by any third party. We reserve the right to reject any artwork which we feel is inappropriate in any way, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Will my design be exactly how I create it online in the DilSeBol site?

The design you create is used as a reference starting point while processing your order. Please note that the on-screen depiction is an approximation that acts as a rough guide and not an exact replica, so there will be some minor variations between what is seen on the screen and the final physical product. Also, please note that in some cases, there will be some production constraints which might result in slight modifications. Wherever we feel there is a significant different between what was created online in our website and the final likely output, we will reach out to you for an approval with a revised proof if necessary.

Can I get a sample before I order?

For items that have some set-up requirements, we can only provide an existing sample for a small fee. This may not be exactly as per the color / size / print method you want but we will try to send something closest to your requirement so that you can get an idea from seeing, touching, or even trying on a product before placing your order.
For items where there are no MOQ restrictions mentioned in the site, you can obviously place an order for just 1 to get the final product and then go ahead with whatever quantity you need.
As different samples are priced differently, please write to us at with your requirement and the sample you need and we will let you know the sampling fees applicable.

How do I order my design with different products, colors, or styles?

For each product / color / style required, you will have to recreate a fresh design in our customization tool. This is because the MOQ and pricing logic varies across different products / styles and quantities.

What happens after I place my order?

Your design files are downloaded and made ready for the chosen method of embellishment. If there are any issues with file (blurry image, low resolution image etc) or if there are any other clarifications, our team will call you or email the final proof for your approval before processing the order.

When will I receive my order?

While placing the order, an indicated delivery date is given – we strive to meet this date for all our orders but in the rare eventuality of any delay, we will inform you beforehand.
Please note that we ship using reputed domestic courier (or Indiapost where courier service is not available) – but we will not be able to offer any guarantees about their timely delivery as it is beyond our ambit of control.

What are the payments modes available?

You can pay online at the time of check-out using credit card or debit card or bank transfer through our payment gateway, CCAvenue. If you would like to carry out a direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), our bank details are given below.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but if the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at or if the goods are otherwise flawed, we would be happy to provide a free replacement. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for customized products.

How long will my designs be available at

Designs created and saved online at are cleared periodically due to limited server space available. Currently, designs are stored for a period of 6 months before they are deleted. We urge you to maintain a copy of your in your local machine.

Products Quality and Sizing

T-shirts – We have 100% cotton, poly-cotton and 100% Polyester options to choose from. Depending on the intended usage, you can choose a suitable option keeping the below characteristics in mind:

100% cotton – these are the most comfortable to wear but they also require the most care. Cotton fabrics need to be washed as per the care instructions and ironed before use. They also have some shrinkage. Not suited for rough use. Best for use once a week by office people in an A/c environment. This option is very popular among the IT / ITES companies, automotive industry, college reunions.

Poly-cotton – these try to combine the comfort of cotton with the durability of polyester. They can withstand high frequency use and can even be worm without ironing. This is a popular option among courier companies, food delivery service companies, retail stores and educational institutes.

100% polyester – Most durable material. It can withstand everyday use and rough handling. No ironing needed. Most popular for promotional give-aways, sales promotion activities and sports wear.

T-shirt sizing details are provided in the product description section for the selection option. In general, our size S is suitable for people wearing shirt size 38, M for 40, L for 42 and XL for 44.

Sweatshirts – We have cotton-fleece and Poly-cotton fleece sweatshirt options. In general, our size S is suitable for people wearing shirt size 38, M for 40, L for 42 and XL for 44. However, since sweatshirts are usually worn over another layer of clothing, it is common to order one size higher than the usual t-shirt size.

Caps and Hats – These are usually made from Cotton rich fabric.

Designing online

You can choose your product and add text and images to create your own design online. The online design tool allows you to resize the size of the print required, adjust its position and save your design for future use or sharing with others.

Print / logo embellishment size – The print area available varies with the product selected. While we are processing your order, we will choose the optimum size based on your uploaded design as a reference. Usually, the logo size on t-shirts is around 3.5 inches width & proportionate height for a left chest print. For larger front and back prints on apparels, the print size is usually A4 size.

Please note the print size is usually same irrespective of the size of the apparel ordered – so, your artwork might appear slightly larger on “S” size while slightly smaller on “XXL” size.

For smaller products like caps, mugs, pens etc, the print area is smaller and decided based on the uploaded artwork and suitability for the chosen product. In case of any clarifications, we will reach out to you and share a proof before processing the order. Whatever your product or design, you can res assured knowing that it is in the hands of professionals with great experience who will choose the most suitable option to offer great visibility while retaining the print quality and aesthetics.

Please make sure the uploaded image in your design is high resolution – DO NOT USE low resolution / watermarked images downloaded from the internet. Look for images that are at least 100KB or more in size to get good quality print output. As a general rule of thumb, anything which is greater than 300 DPI will be good for screen or digital printing or embroidery.

Printing and Other Logo Embellishment options

For all apparels, we can do screen printing, digital printing and embroidery, subject to respective print process MOQs.
For drinkware, we can do digital sublimation printing and screen printing, depending on the quantity and the product material.
For leather, wooden, metal products, silicone rubber - we can do laser engraving. The output will be single color, taking on the color of the base material. An example of the laser engraved product is shown below:

For plastic and leather, we can do multi color UV printing. An example of the UCV printed product is shown below:

Screen printing vs. digital printing vs. embroidery:
Screen printing is suitable for logos with solid, cut colors. A separate screen is to be made for each color. There is a fixed cost for the screens and once the screen is made, there is a marginal impression cost per print. Since there is a fixed cost component, there is a MOQ requirement for this type of printing. Example of an ideal logo for this process (2 color screen printing) is given below:

Digital printing is suitable for multi color prints with gradients like photographs – the images are printed directly on the fabric using a direct to garment digital printer. There is no fixed screen cost or restrictions on the no. of colors, so this is ideal for short runs – even an order of 1 can be processed. However, digital print outputs on fabric will not be as clear as they appear on the screen and the print process is also expensive due to high ink cost. Example of an image that can be digital printed is given below:

Embroidery is suitable for logos with solid, cut colors. It looks professional, especially suitable for office wear t-shirts, shirts and caps. There is an initial design and set-up cost and hence, this process also requires a minimum. Example of an ideal logo for this process is given below:

We are often asked which is the best printing / logo embellishment method. While this depends on the product chosen and the quantity, we find that for having logo on apparels, the tried and tested methods of screen printing and embroidery is the best, depending on suitability.

Ordering and Payment

You can seamlessly place your order online as soon as you finish creating your design. Simply enter the quantity required under each size, ascertain the expected shipping date and proceed to our check-out page. Enter the shipping details, proceed to our payment gateway. Multiple credit and debit cards, Net Banking and Wallet options are available to complete the payment.

If you want to order blank samples, follow the same process but you need not upload any design in the designer - simply add quantity alone and proceed as usual to the check-out page.

Shipping and Delivery

When you place your order at, there is an expected shipping date provided. We strive to ship products on or before this indicated date. Courier transit time will be extra, depending on the location and mode of shipping. Currently, shipping is free for all order values over Rs 5000.

Typical courier transit time for most locations within India is 1-3 working days. For remote locations without regular courier service, we will explore the option of sending it by Indiapost which might take longer for delivery. Small packages will usually be sent by Air courier.

For large bulky orders, surface transport will be used – this takes around 7 working days for most locations within India.

Keeping your order on schedule is high priority for us. However, there are a few things that might affect the expected shipping date even after you have placed the order. In case there are any problems with the artwork or if you wish to make some changes after placing the order, this may affect the shipping date. Please respond promptly to calls or emails from us so that your order ships on schedule.

Returns and Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for customized products. However, if you do not want an immediate replacement, we will be able to keep a credit in your account that can be adjusted against any later orders within a period of 1 year.

Design Tips

Different print methods can handle different types of artwork. Digital printing has no color restrictions, so you can create really colorful designs while going for this method. However, please remember that digital printing is expensive.

Keep it simple – really good designs are clutter free and simple. You can never go wrong with a simple design with limited colors that can be screen printed or embroidered. These tried and tested methods continue to be the most popular because of their vibrant output quality and cost effectiveness.

Avoid using low resolution images while creating your own design online. Do not use small files – if you wish you use images from the internet found through Google search or any other websearch, please use the “tools” option to shortlist only “large” size images – typically, file sizes above 100 KB will be of better resolution which may be used for printing.

Do not use watermarked images – many of the images that are thrown up after a web search will have the seller’s watermark on it. These are not suitable for printing – please look for alternatives and use only non-watermarked images.

While designing on paper products like calendars, visiting cards etc, please keep an allowance of at least 10% from the edges, i.e., any content must be well within the edge – allow sufficient bleed to avoid any issues during the cutting process.
