How do I purchase on DilSeBol?
There are 2 kinds of purchases possible on DilSeBol.
Type 1: Purchasing the design you created
After you have created and saved your design, you can
proceed to Step – 3 in “The Artist” design application. In
this step you can place an order for the product you have
created by specifying the quantity and the size. On clicking
the continue / check-out button you'll be taken to our partner payment
gateway where you can pay for the product using your Credit
card, by Bank transfer or by any other option provided at
the payment gateway.
Type 2: Purchasing from the gallery
You can select a product from our gallery and click "Add to cart" to add it in your shopping cart.
Click on the Cart button to view the cart and update the size and quantity
info and proceed to
check-out. Please note that for viewing the cart and proceeding to check-out, you will
need to sign-in. New users can register to create an account and then proceed to
complete their purchase.
In both cases,
there is no minimum order quantity. You can order just one
(1) product if that's all your current requirement is!

All payments are processed through CC Avenues secure payment

DilSeBol. Our aim is to offer a convenient and easy-to-use option to people to express their creativity. In case corporates are interested in exploring such an option
to create unqiue and innovative gifts instead of going in for the usual standard gifts, we strongly encourage them to do it. Do get in touch with us and we will be happy to work out the details to suit specific requirements.
Does www.dilsebol.com operate in any country other than India?
Currently www.dilsebol.com delivers customized t-shirts and other customized products only in India. Needless to say, by virtue of being online, designs can be created and orders can be placed online from anywhere in the world.
What should I enter in the "Promo code" input box during check-out?
If you have a valid promotion code with you, you can enter it here at this stage. Otherwise, leave this blank and continue with the check-out process.
How do I get a valid "Promo code"?
From time to time, DilSeBol mails its customers and users promo codes that can be used for special discounts or other offers. This is usually sent by e-mail directly to the users. Alternatively,
DilSeBol also runs promotional schemes in partnership with other online and offline businesses. For such schemes, the promo code will be offered to the users of the partner business' services through their website or other media.
Will the design made in "The Artist" be reproduced exactly as it appears on the screen?
While we take every care to reproduce the design from "The Artist" exactly as it appears on the screen, there will inevitably be some slight variations in the colors and the positioning. These variations will be small and the final product appearance will be around 90% (if not more) same as what was designed.
How can I
order one of my saved designs that I made earlier?
In "My Account"
section, you can click on your saved design name listed in
the "History" section. This will display the product in our
design application, The Artist. From here, click on
Step 3 and enter the quantity and size info and proceed to
check-out as usual.
