What images can I upload for use in designs?
Raster images, such as those created in Adobe Photoshop and
Corel PHOTO PAINT, should be saved as *.gif, *.png, or *.jpg
files and uploaded. You're best off using *.gif with a
transparent background . Most importantly, such images
should be high-resolution images. The final product will
look best if your image is at least 200 dots per inch (DPI)
at the actual size you want it printed. Usually, pictures
taken from the web are only 72 dpi and are not suitable for
processing. High quality pictures taken using digital camera
will also work well. Avoid pictures taken with a cell phone
and pictures taken in dull lighting conditions.
I have
uploaded my image but it does not show on the product in
Artist - why?
Sometimes,
certain properties embedded in your image prevents if from
uploading properly in the Artist. In such cases, try and
save the design in some other format and upload it once
again on your design. Also, make sure you are using IE as
the browser as the Artist is optimized to run best on IE.
How long does it take to design a product on DilSeBol?
With the help of our friendly design interface, "The Artist", you may either upload your own image from your computer or
from the gallery, add text and choose fonts & colors from the color
pallet. Creating a product is easy using "The
Artist". Time taken to design a product. on an average, should
not take more than 10 to 15 minutes.
How do I create a product on DilSeBol?
Click on the desired product icon from the "Get Creative"
section in the Home page. This launches our friendly design
application, "The Artist". There are 2 tabs
provided here: Options and Design.
Step 1 - Options
tab:
Here you can choose the type (round
neck / collar etc), style (men / women etc) and color of the
product from the available options.
Step 2 - Design
tab:
Here you will be able to upload images,
add text and style each of the images or text
elements. Once you type your text, you can click the submit button to make this appear on the product.
For multiple lines, hit enter after each line
in your text and click submit once you have completed typing
your text. You can move the entered text or image up or down or resize by clicking on
it. This opens up a further options which can be used to edit, resize and rotate the
text or image.
You can save the design you created by giving a
name to the design. After this, you may proceed to the Cart
to place your order.

How do I review a design that I have already created
on DilSeBol?
After you have created your design, you'll be sent an e-mail
with a link to the design you created. By clicking on the
link you can go to the design to edit or to modify or to
place your order.
Alternatively,
you can visit the "My Account" section after logging in and check the
history section to review all your saved designs.
What content is not acceptable for designs on
DilSeBol?
DilSeBol does not allow designs which has text or images
that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar,
harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent,
inflammatory, libelous, tortuous, hateful, or racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of
another's rights including but not limited to rights of
celebrity, privacy and intellectual property. DilSeBol
reserves the right to cancel such orders at their sole
discretion.
How do I add multiple lines of text while I am creating a t-shirt or any other product?
Please use the text box in the Design
tab of "The Artist" to enter your text.
For multiple lines, hit enter after each line
in your text and click submit once you have completed typing
your text.
Will the design made in "The Artist" be reproduced exactly as it appears on the screen?
While we take every care to reproduce the design from "The Artist" exactly as it appears on the screen, there will inevitably be some slight variations in the colors and the positioning. These variations will be small and the final product appearance will be around 90% (if not more) same as what was designed.
Designing using "The Artist" is still not clear. Can I
see a demo?
Yes, you can see a demo on how to create a customized design
by launching The Artist & clicking on the "Tour Demo" button
provided. This will open a demo movie in a new window which
will show you the process. Please note that this movie will
run only if you have sufficient memory available in your
computer's RAM.

It takes a
long time for
"The Artist" to load. Is the site working properly?
Since "The Artist" is a rich, flash based application, it
takes a short while to load. On connection speeds of 56
Kbps, it takes about 45 seconds to load. Incase it doesn't
load within this time, try refreshing the page once.
